490Mpa Hand Electrode For High Strength Steel
Application&Standard&Note:
1. Suitable FOR WELDING OF CARBON STEEL AND LOW ALLOY STEEL, AS WELL AS THE CORRESPONDING STRENGTH OF BOILER, pipeline, vehicle, BUILDING, BRIDGE AND other STRUCTURES, SUCH AS Q345.
2. The standard we met: GB/T5117 E501, AWS A5.1 E701 & A5.1M E491, ISO2560-A:E 42 3 B 2 2, ISO 2560-B: E4915 A
Points for attention:
1. Before welding, the electrode must be baked at 350℃ for 1 hour and taken as needed.
2. Before welding, the weldment must be cleaned of rust, oil, water and other impurities.
3. Welding must be performed with short arc, narrow pass welding is appropriate."
Features
1. Low hydrogen potassium electrode, stable arc, beautiful forming, exquisite, little splash, easy de-slagging, good skin fire resistance, good porosity resistance.
2. table mechanical properties, good plasticity, impact toughness and crack resistance.
GEL-57 low carbon steel hand electrode, international grade is E7015, China grade is J507, belongs to low hydrogen sodium alkaline electrode, suitable for welding Q345 grade strength of low alloy structural steel. J is the initial letter of structural steel junction, which stands for structural steel electrode. The tensile strength of 50 fused metal is equal to or greater than 490MPa (50 KGF/mm2). Low sodium hydrogen electrode. The electrode is in line with model E5015, where E represents the electrode with a tensile strength of 50 fused metal equal to or greater than 490MPa (50 KGF/mm2). 1 indicates all-position welding electrode (flat welding, vertical welding, horizontal welding, vertical welding). Low sodium hydrogen electrode. The electrode does not contain arc stabilizer and can only be used for DC reverse polarity welding.
