Application&Standard
1.Suitable FOR WELDING OF CARBON STEEL AND LOW ALLOY STEEL, AS WELL AS THE corresponding strength of boiler, pipeline, pressure vessel, ocean engineering structure welding, such as Q345, X60 pipeline steel, etc.
2. The standard we met: GB/T5117 E5015-G AP, AWS A5.5 E7015-G & A5.5M E4915-G, ISO2560-A:E 42 4 Z0.5 Ni B 2 2, ISO 2560-B: E4915 G-AP
Points for attention:
1. Before welding, the electrode must be baked at 350℃ for 1 hour and taken as needed.
2. Before welding, the weldment must be cleaned of rust, oil, water and other impurities.
3. Welding must be performed with short arc, narrow pass welding is appropriate.
Features

J507RH conforms to GBE5015-G. Tensile strength 500~600MPa yield strength 420~450MPa impact to 40 degrees can reach 100~120JRH is ultra-low hydrogen high toughness electrode. 1. The front electrode shall be baked at 350-430℃ for 1h, and then placed in the incubator at 100-150℃ for use with baking. 2. Before welding, the weldment shall be cleaned of rust, oil, water and other impurities. 3. Short arc should be used during welding, and narrow weld passage is appropriate.
