Application&Standard
1. Suitable for welding of medium carbon steel and low alloy steel, as well as the corresponding strength of pressure vessel, petrochemical, spherical tank, ocean engineering, pipeline, ship, bridge and other structures, such as Q420, Q460, 15MnTi, 15MnV, X60, X70 welding.
2. The standard we met: GB/T5117 E5015-G AP, AWS A5.5 E8015-G & A5.5M E5515-G, ISO2560-A, ISO 2560-B: E5515-G AP
Low alloy high strength steel electrode with low sodium hydrogen coating. Using DC reverse connection, can carry on the whole position welding, welding process performance is good, the molten metal has good low temperature impact toughness. Used for welding low alloy high strength steel of corresponding strength grade.
Before welding, the electrode must be baked at 350℃ for 1h, and then used with baking.
Multi-layer (channel) welding shall be cleaned up, pay attention to the control layer (channel) temperature below 250℃

E8015 electrode coating type is low sodium hydrogen type, welding position is flat, vertical, vertical, horizontal, current type is DC reverse connection.
