Application&Standard&Note:
1. Suitable FOR STAINLESS STEEL AND CARBON STEEL OR LOW ALLOY steel DISsimilar STEEL WELDING, STAINLESS steel composite plate cladding WELDING, 308 SERIES STAINLESS STEEL SURFACING WELDING on carbon steel or low alloy STEEL.
2. The standard we met: GB/T983 E307-16, AWS A5.4 E307-16 & A5.4M E307-16, ISO3581-A:E(18 9 Mn Mo) R 1 2, ISO3581-B:ES307-16
Application: USED FOR THE SAME TYPE OF STAINLESS steel structure, composite steel and dissimilar steel components in synthetic fiber, petrochemical and other equipment manufacturing, also can be used for nuclear reactor, pressure vessel inner wall transition layer surfacing and tower inner component welding.
Features
1. Titanium calcium stainless steel electrode, the main composition is 22% CR-12%Ni;
2. Stable arc, beautiful forming, fine ripples, few splashes, easy de-slagging, good fire resistance of drug skin, good stomatal resistance.
3. The weld metal contains more ferrite and has low crack sensitivity.
Titanium calcium type ultra-low carbon Cr23Ni13 stainless steel electrode, can be used for both AC and DC, without niobium, titanium and other stable chemical elements can also resist the intercrystalline corrosion caused by carbide precipitation. Used in stainless steel, composite steel and dissimilar steel, such as synthetic fiber, petrochemical and other equipment.
Preparation before welding:
The electrode needs to be 300~350℃ for 1 hour drying, severe moisture time to provide high drying temperature to 350℃ or appropriate extension of drying time, and drying stacking layer as far as possible not more than 3 layers; Strive to be used with drying or put into the electric insulation bucket not more than 2 days to save, avoid unnecessary secondary drying, in order to prevent the electrode coating off.
