A402 stainless steel electrode is titanium calcium coated Cr26Ni21 pure austenitic stainless steel electrode.The coated metal has excellent oxidation resistance at 900~1100℃.Ac-dc dual use, has good welding process performance.
Stainless steel electrode can be divided into chromium stainless steel electrode and chromium nickel stainless steel electrode, these two types of electrode where in line with the national standard, according to GB/T983-1995 provisions of the examination. Chromium stainless steel has certain corrosion resistance (oxidizing acid, organic acid, cavitation) heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Usually used as power plant, chemical, petroleum and other equipment materials.
Features
1. Titanium calcium stainless steel electrode, the main composition is 25% CR-20% Ni.
2. Stable high temperature resistance, up to 1150℃.
3. Stable arc, beautiful forming, fine ripples, few splashes, easy de-slagging, good fire resistance of drug skin, good stomatal resistance.
Points for attention:
Base metal surface oil, dust and sundries must be removed. The welding seam should be cleaned by stainless steel brush. One side of iron filings mixed with the weld metal affects the weld quality. When the electrode is woven, the width of the weave should be within 2.5 times the diameter of the electrode. The use of money electrode must be 250-300℃ dry 60 minutes, when used to remove a small amount into the insulation 100-150℃ drying cylinder, carry out the electrode amount to 4 hours is appropriate.
