Application&Standard&Note:
AWS E7015-B2L heat resistant steel electrode is suitable for welding boiler heating surface tube and power plant water wall, steam pipe and high pressure vessel working temperature below 550℃, such as 15CrMo tube plate, A335-P11 tube, A387Gr.11 plate. And can be used for 30CrMnSi casting welding, suitable for the occasion of low carbon content requirements. In addition, it is necessary to preheat the weldment at the inter-channel temperature of 160℃~190℃ during welding, and 690±15℃*1h heat treatment should be carried out according to the standard requirements of welding materials.
Features
AWS E7015-G2L(R307L) type heat-resistant steel hand electrode is a low sodium hydrogen type hand electrode, stable arc, less splash, good forming, easy desagging, X-Ray performance is excellent. It has stable mechanical properties and can maintain high impact toughness under heat treatment conditions. Preheating is an important technological measure for welding cold cracks and eliminating stress of perlite heat resistant steel. In order to ensure the quality of welding, no matter in the process of spot solid welding or welding, it should be preheated and maintain a certain temperature range. After the end of the welding work to welding slow cooling, welding slow cooling is the welding chromium-molybdenum heat resistant steel must strictly follow the principle, even in the hot summer must do this, general welding immediately with asbestos cloth to cover the weld and near the seam area, small welding parts can be placed in the asbestos cloth slow cooling.
