Application&Standard&Note：

AWS E9015-B3 type hand electrode for heat resistant steel is suitable for high temperature and high pressure pipeline, synthetic chemical machinery, petroleum cracking equipment, etc., working below 550℃, such as 2.5Cr1Mo tube plate, A335-P22 tube, A387Gr.22 plate. Can also be used for welding Cr2.5Mo class (2.5CrMo, etc.) pearlite heat resistant steel. The welding operation is DC reverse connection, and full position welding can be performed, as long as the preheating work before welding. We adopt advanced production technology, strictly control the supply of raw materials, processing and production, product inspection, after-sales service of every detail, to provide customers with the best electrode and wire services.

Features

AWS E9015-B3 type hand welding electrode for heat resistant steel is a low sodium hydrogen type hand welding electrode, which still has excellent creep resistance at 550℃. And the arc is stable, less splashing, forming well, de-slagging is easy, X-Ray performance is excellent; Under special heat treatment conditions, it can still ensure stable low temperature impact performance. It can also be used for welding pearlite heat resistant steel with pressure equipment operating temperature below 550℃, such as 12Cr2MolR and other materials. Before welding, it is necessary to pay attention to preheating the temperature between the channels to 160~190℃ before welding. After the welding is completed, the heat treatment process of 690±15℃*1h is carried out according to the standard requirements of welding materials. When welding this kind of steel must be preheated, slow cooling after welding and other measures, but the preheating temperature is not the higher the better, must strictly implement the welding process requirements.
