Features

AWS E9015-B3 type hand welding electrode for heat resistant steel is a low sodium hydrogen type hand welding electrode, which still has excellent creep resistance at 550℃. It can also be used for welding pearlite heat resistant steel with pressure equipment operating temperature below 550℃, such as 12Cr2MolR and other materials. Before welding, it is necessary to pay attention to preheating the temperature between the channels to 160~190℃ before welding. After the welding is completed, the heat treatment process of 690±15℃*1h is carried out according to the standard requirements of welding materials. When welding this kind of steel must be preheated, slow cooling after welding and other measures, but the preheating temperature is not the higher the better, must strictly implement the welding process requirements.
