Features

If interlayer pause is needed, thermal insulation and slow cooling measures should be taken, and the same preheating measures should be taken before rewelding. During the welding process, attention should be paid to filling the arc pit, grinding the joint, and removing the arc pit crack (hot crack). The larger the current is, the deeper the arc pit is. Therefore, the welding parameters and the appropriate welding line energy should be selected in strict accordance with the welding process instructions.
