1. Suitable FOR WELDING OF CARBON STEEL AND LOW ALLOY STEEL, SUCH AS 15MnVN.
2. The standard we met: GB/T32533 E5915-3M2 P, AWS A5.5 E9015-D1 & A5.1M E6215-D1, ISO18275-A:E 55 5 Mn1NiMo B 4 2, ISO 18275-B: E6215-3M2P
When the mass fraction of carbon in high carbon steel is greater than 0.60%, the post-welding hardening, crack sensitivity tendency is greater, so the weldability is extremely poor, can not be used to manufacture welding structure. It is often used to manufacture parts and parts that need more hardness or wear resistance, and its welding work is mainly welding repair.
Points for attention:
1. Before welding, the electrode must be baked at 350℃ for 1 hour and taken as needed.
2. Before welding, the weldment must be cleaned of rust, oil, water and other impurities.
3. Welding must be performed with short arc, narrow pass welding is appropriate.
