Application&Standard&Note

2. The standard we met: GB/T32533 E5915-3M2 P, AWS A5.5 E9015-D1 & A5.1M E6215-D1, ISO18275-A:E 55 5 Mn1NiMo B 4 2, ISO 18275-B: E6215-3M2P

When the mass fraction of carbon in high carbon steel is greater than 0.60%, the post-welding hardening, crack sensitivity tendency is greater, so the weldability is extremely poor, can not be used to manufacture welding structure. Points for attention:

1. Before welding, the electrode must be baked at 350℃ for 1 hour and taken as needed.
2. Before welding, the weldment must be cleaned of rust, oil, water and other impurities.
