And can also be used in welding working temperature below 540℃, such as 15CrMo pearlite heat resistant steel. It can also be used to weld 30CrMnSi cast steel. Most of the welding applications with low carbon content requirements can be applied to our heat-resistant steel hand electrode. Features
AWS E8015-G type hand welding electrode for heat resistant steel is a low sodium hydrogen type hand welding electrode, with stable arc, less splash, good molding, easy desagging, excellent X-Ray performance, stable mechanical properties, can maintain high impact toughness under heat treatment conditions. This hand electrode is a pearlite heat resistant steel electrode containing 0.5% molybdenum, 1% chromium, vanadium, the use of DC reverse welding operation, can be all position welding, need to preheat to 250~300℃ before welding. Post-welding heat treatment should be carried out at 730±15℃*2h in accordance with the standard requirements of welding materials. And before welding, it is necessary to remove oil, rust, moisture and other work on the weldment.
