This hand electrode is a pearlite heat resistant steel electrode containing 0.5% molybdenum, 1% chromium, vanadium, the use of DC reverse welding operation, can be all position welding, need to preheat to 250~300℃ before welding. Post-welding heat treatment should be carried out at 730±15℃*2h in accordance with the standard requirements of welding materials. And before welding, it is necessary to remove oil, rust, moisture and other work on the weldment.
