AWS E8015-B3L type heat-resistant steel hand electrode equivalent to GB/T 5118 standard electrode model E5515-2C1ML electrode, in line with ISO 3580-B standard electrode model E5515-2CIML, is a suitable for 550℃ under high temperature and high pressure pipeline, synthetic chemical machinery, Petroleum cracking equipment, such as 2.5Cr1Mo tube plate, A335-P22 tube, A387Gr.22 plate. We strictly control the supply of raw materials, through advanced production technology processing production, each batch of goods are finished product inspection, to customers have a perfect after-sales service. Features

AWS E8015-B3L type hand welding electrode for heat resistant steel is a low sodium hydrogen type hand welding electrode, which still has excellent creep resistance under 550℃ high temperature and high pressure working conditions, and the electrode has stable arc, less splashing, good forming, easy de-slagging and excellent X-Ray performance. When welding, thick plate should be multi-layer welding, the temperature between the layers is not lower than the preheating temperature, welding should be finished at a time, it is better not to interrupt. If interlayer pause is needed, thermal insulation and slow cooling measures should be taken, and the same preheating measures should be taken before rewelding. During the welding process, attention should be paid to filling the arc pit, grinding the joint, and removing the arc pit crack (hot crack). The larger the current is, the deeper the arc pit is. Therefore, the welding parameters and the appropriate welding line energy should be selected in strict accordance with the welding process instructions.
