High Carbon steels Flux cored wire welding accessories
Application & Standard
1. Suitable for welding of carbon steel and corresponding strength of boiler, pipeline, vehicle,
building, bridge and other structures, such as Q235.
2. The standard we met: GB/T5117 E4315, AWS, ISO2560-A:E 35 3 B 2 2, ISO 2560-B: E4315A
The carbon content of high carbon steel is relatively high, the weldability is relatively poor, welding to preheat, after welding to slow cooling or 350 degrees of low temperature tempering treatment, the specific length of heat treatment has the thickness of the workpiece to determine.

Features
1. Low sodium hydrogen electrode with a stable arc, lovely shape, tiny splash, and exquisite ripple.
2. Consistent mechanical characteristics, strong plasticity, impact resistance, and crack resistance.
Our main products are chromium-molybdenum alloys, heat resistant alloys, nickel-based alloys, duplex and super duplex alloys. Including manual arc electrode,MIG/MAG, TIG, submerged arc wire and various flux-cored wire. These products are widely used in welding of low alloy steel, heat resistant steel, nickel base alloy and various stainless steels with high strength and low temperature toughness.
