AWS E8015-B8 welding rod for heat resistant steel is suitable for welding 9Cr-1Mo, A213-T9, A335-P9 and so on in supercritical units, steel structures and superheated pipes in thermal power industry. And used for welding Cr9Mo heat resistant steel structure and superheater pipe R717AAE505-15 low hydrogen DC used for welding Cr9Mo1 heat resistant steel structure, high temperature and high pressure boiler superheater pipe and petroleum refining equipment. It is widely welcomed in the market. Features
AWS E8015-B8 type hand welding electrode for heat resistant steel is a low sodium hydrogen type hand welding electrode, which has the characteristics of stable arc, less splash, good forming, easy desagging, excellent X-Ray performance, excellent high-temperature creep resistance, stable mechanical properties. Before welding work, the temperature between channels should be preheated to 205~260℃. After the welding work, heat treatment of 740±15℃*1h shall be carried out according to the standard requirements of welding materials. Heat resistant steel is a kind of alloy steel at high temperature, with very high strength and stable chemical properties, including oxygen resistant steel and thermal strength steel, the former chemical stability, but low tolerance. The latter is high temperature resistant, mainly used in steam turbines and industrial furnaces. In addition to different uses, welding should pay attention to the toughness and processing of welding materials.
